Dr Rooney is very good at both checking his laptop AND listening to client at the same time. He listens and pays attention to questions. Plus, is friendly along with being prompt.

Dr Rooney has taken care of me for years now. I look forward to seeing him each month.

I would not recommend Doctor Rooney because he isn't taking new patients. Doctor Rooney is an excellent doctor.

Dr. Rooney is great and I give a 5-star rating for him personally! Unfortunately, you cannot call his office directly; calls are now routed to NAH central scheduling or a recording for a non-existent Medical Assistant, etc., which go unanswered along with Patient Portal messages. When I call my Doctor's office with test result questions, etc., I want to speak to someone IN my doctor's office without having to drive to the office to get the information. NAH really needs to get their act together and start providing the support that the doctors deserve. My experience in the past year would give NAH zero stars. It is no wonder so many doctors have left.

Dr. John Rooney, DO, has been seeing my husband for about 5 years, I switched to him because he is amazing 4 years ago. When all other medical professionals fall far, far, short, Dr Rooney and his Assistant Blanca address issues with 48 hrs AT MOST, and only when understaffed. They call back within 24hrs typically, will take the time out of their days to call again, just to ease your mind. Dr Rooney and Blanca treat you like a real person and genuinely care about your quality of life. Thank you so much Dr Rooney and Blanca!
