This man is unbelievably bad. He fails to show up for appointments on time. He does not listen to you. He could probably be in a list of one of the worst doctors in the U.S., and this is an understatement.

I received no help, treated poorly. Staff was rude. The nurses acted like they were in a hurry. Will NOT ever go back and wouldn't send my dog there either!

Doesn't address the problem just gives you pills. If you complain you think your not feeling any better he just gives you more pills. I DO NOT RECCOMEND THIS DOCTOR!

DOES NOT FOLLOW UP ON PRESCRIPTIONS GETTING FILLED OR TEST BEING DONE WENT TO GET A SHINGLES PRESCRIP HE CALLED IT INTO THE PHARMACY OK 2 WEEKS LATER SO DONT BOTHER WITH HIM GET A DOCTOR YOU CAN DEPEND ON

He takes time to talk to me and find out what is wrong, He doesn't just rush me through. He is a great doctor I have never had any complaints about him or his staff.

Dr. Ruffing was very caring and thorough . He takes his time with you and is really concerned . Kim, his P.A. is very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend them.

I find Dr. Ruffing to be very insensitive,rude over bearing.Had his mind made up before you see him! I would never recommned this doctor
