Yes Delores Nance I was discharged because I was taking too many Percocets now I don't know if y'all thought I was selling these or what but with the pain that I have in my back I would trade places with any of you all out there still having pain and don't know what to do so I'm going to try somewhere else but I'm going to pray for you all thank you for thinking differently about me and that's not me I am a child of God and if my back hurts I want to take what I got so if I take 6 Percocets today to ease my pain that's what I'm going to do I promise you I was assuming them y'all take care God bless and I'm going to pray for each and every one of you

Went for about 5 visits. Every time a shot that only provided relief for a few days. then a perifacial shot series that put me down for a few weeks. Their answer was another shot. I quite going and got better. Run patients through like an assemble line.

Dr. Ruxer is an amazing Dr. He helped my mother with several compression fractures she developed due to Osteoporosis. He did Kyphoplasties on her and immediately relieved her excruciating pain! The man even called me twice regarding my mother's care, not his nurse or an office worker, but Dr. Ruxer himself. I think that shows how much he truly does care. Now he sees me for my back and has done several procedures on me. He has never been anything but nice and polite to me and always acts happy to see me. I truly believe he loves to help people and he shows it with his amazing bedside manner. The nurse practitioners that work with him are amazing too. Dustin saw my mom several times and me once. He was always very pleasant and knowledgeable. Leon Kehrer has been seeing me for several years now and I just adore him too! He never keeps me waiting and it's like going to talk to an old friend. (Also I would like to give a shout-out to Chad who always gets my IVs in! I'm a hard stick!!)

I found Dr. Ruxer at first complimentary on my appearance, but on my 2nd or 3rd visit he was judgmental and embarrassing in front of a young man coming in with him. This was around spring of 2016. when I tried to explain the reasons as to why I hadn't completed what he ask of me. I tried to explain his nurse and I discussed this and he became angry showing his obvious authority and power in front of the gentleman he had brought into the room with him. I asked to not be seen by him. I would have refused if ask to do so..
