Dr. John N Santin, MD

I may or may not have permanent damage due to negligence and no warnings to the extent of my surgery.

Went in to get teeth pulled. Wouldn't listen to me or my concerns. Ended up with a huge bruise on my face. Had to wait 45 minutes while he assisted high dollar patients. His staff is rude. They don't know how to file insurance paperwork. They demand money up front. He didn't numb the area before shoving in needles in my mouth. He makes rude comments. He is very unprofessional. After all of this he wants you to refer him to your family friends. I would never refer him. The letter his staff sent was the kicker about being compassionate and treating people like family.

I was very pleased with the outcome of the procedure. Dr. Santin and his staff were very pleasant. Dr. Santin answered any and all my questions. I am considering some more work and Dr. Santin is my choice.

All of my experiences from day 1 to present have been nothing short of optimal; I go to him for injectables only, not dental work.I have gotten to know his staff as well and they are all knowledgeable and accommodating. My only small complaint is that sometimes I feel rushed to leave, especially if I have had some more heavy duty injectables beyond botox. Dr. Santn himself is always professional, pleasant and has never once tried to push procedures, just make me aware of them.

We went to Dr. Santin for a second opinion (in regards to a procedure my 6-year old son had to have) after a bad, scary experience with another oral surgeon . Dr. Santin made us feel comfortable and was very reassuring. He and his staff were willing to address all of our questions and concerns. My son's surgery went just as they said it would, and we were beyond grateful for their compassion and professionalism! Thank you, Dr. Santin, Kelly, and all the wonderful staff!

I went to Dr. Santin for Botox and Juviderm injections several times. Each time he was very detail oriented and made sure that I was satisfied with what he was doing. He took his time and he seemed very knowledgeable about the products. I would highly recommend him. I have been to several other doctors in the past for similar injections and I was not happy with the results or the way that I was treated by the other doctors. Dr. Santin seems to really enjoy his job and helping people feel good about themselves. He seems to have a good sense of what will look good and proportionate for each specific person.

First time going to his office. I was there to get Botox with a groupon I had purchased. I waited almost an hour to see the doctor. No alcohol was used to prep the areas prior to the injections and I was not offered any ice to help numb the area either. I have had Botox multiple times at different locations and alcohol to sanitize the area and ice to numb the area were always standard. I purchased 40 units of Botox via my groupon and I am almost certain by my results he didn't use anywhere close to 40 units! All he tried to do was push other expensive cosmetic procedures on me! Very disappointed! Will not return or recommend his office to anyone!
