I just turned 45 years of age and my general practitioner recommended that I get a colonoscopy. When I searched for an in-network-provider, I found Dr. John Ross Scherer and set up an appointment. The whole process leading up to and during the procedure went very well. I highly recommend Dr. John Ross Scherer for all your gastroenterology needs. A+

The procedure went very well, the only suggestion is when a palup is removed there apparently significant bleeding that occurs during the time immediately following the procedure and into the evening. It would served the patient well to be fully aware of this so shock does not set in.

I’m happy to say that I was pleased with my experience with Dr. Scherer, I found him and his staff to be very thorough, warm, and friendly. I felt like my issue was addressed and I’m confident if I can follow his instructions, my condition will be much improved within a reasonable amount of time. I would recommend this practice to everyone who has gastrointestinal issues.
