Dr. John Schuler

I am really missing Dr. Shuler at the Doctor's Office. Since he left, I can not find a good doctor like him.

took four weeks to get prescription filled for 90 days ,then the wrong strenght was sent so medicine is useless.Back office acts as if they are doing you a favor to pick up phone line,very unprofessional staff. Never return calls,just take for granted that you know the problem is corrected which it was not.After being without a daily medicine for two weeks had it phoned to cvs which cost twice as much as Caremark mail order pharmacy. Thinking of switching Doctors after seeing Dr. Schuler for 17 years because of his staff.

Dr Schuler himself is very good. His staff makes any dealings with them a nightmare. They won't listen, jump to conclusions, and are very unfriendly. On an unscheduled visit his PA prescribed a medicine & she & the nurse both wouldn't tell us what a particular medicine was for, just said it's what you need!!! It wasn't what I needed, cost almost $60 in spite of great medical insurance and caused some major side effects also. I always thought it was against medical policy not to explain what a medicine is for. They seldom return messages requesting a call back, or if they do it's several days later. We like Dr Schuler, but his staff is intolerable, we are looking for another doctor!

He truly cares about all his patients. He goes out of his way to make sure you get the best medical care. I wish there where more doctors like him, that could live up to his standards of practice.

Dr. Schuler is an excellent doctor. He is very attentive and works very hard to help his patients. It's such a relief to have a doctor I feel I can trust and believe in.

He is just a nice guy who WILL get you diagnosed. He takes time with his patients and actually seems to care about you as an individual.
