Dr John Richard Schultz

Dr John Schultz is an expect in his field of regenerative medicine. He is so patient at going through your imaging films with you, and answering any questions. They draw your own bone marrow and after a process to include centrifuges, it’s injected into your arthritic areas or torn ligaments and tendons. You feel so much better after a few weeks. I’m a return patient. As I age, more areas need addressing!

Dr. Schultz is a compassionate, caring, brilliant doctor who truly cares about his patients and goes above and beyond to heal. I highly recommend him to anyone seeking regenerative medicine treatment!

Dr. Schultz has been my go to MD for my very tough to treat issues. He listens and ultimately allows the patient to have a say in his/her care and treatments. I would recommend him first for any pain management situation and at the top of the list for expertise in regenerative medicine, or stem cell and PRP treatment. These guys will offer the best product for stem cells and PRP.

A highly professional, skilled and caring staff, from the receptionist, support staff, nurses, to the blood-draw-guy and, Dr. Schultz! Overall I received outstanding care for a torn rotator cuff, patellofemoral knee, and lumbar and cervical spine issues. I received stem cells for the knee and shoulder and PRP in all areas. Love Dr. Shultz's caring and fun energy, it helped get through 5 days of procedures. I appreciated the integrity and honesty in rating my candidacy, poor for my knee and fair for my shoulder. It's been 10 weeks, the shoulder has noticeably improved while the knee is still in progress. The spine may need further help. As an outstate patient, Dr. Schultz and his staff have provided follow up consultations and immediate response to my ongoing questions, help in navigating PT and insurance. I have such confidence in Dr. Schultz and his team that I will continue any future care with Centeno-Schultz even when it requires airfare! Grateful for you all!!

I was seeking an option between pain meds and joint work for my knee and back. My GP suggested that I meet with Dr. Schultz. I did and he was personable, offered more insight than the 6 doctors had previously, and is a master with a needle. After a couple of injection treatments (Prolo & Platelet), my knee function went back to normal and my back pain diminished. It has been 1.5 years now since my treatments, and my condition has not deteriorated. I am a quite pleased with my experience.

Patients have a different level expectation when they go to the Centeno-Schultz Clinic. The clinic says they are the best and I believed them. While I do think Dr. Schultz's technical experience and people skills are great, unfortunately I found him too rushed to be thorough. He recommended PL for my hip labral tear and instability when in fact SCP and stem cells seem to be all they blog about as a treatment. They also claim (on their blog) to also assess the ankle, knee and low back for this sort of injury. This was not done for me. I got one round of PL and there was no mention of whether or not I should book to go back or within what time frame to go back, or what I should do for follow up (use crutches, carry on with life as usual, etc). The labrum popped open after 6 weeks. Perhaps they are getting too busy to be thorough but I do hope Dr. Schultz and his other doctors take better time to be so. I used all the money I had left and when I now understand that I did not get the… "best of the best" treatment that they boast about, I'm not sure whether I am gutted more emotionally, physically or financially. When you claim to be the best, our expectations for thorough and superior treatment is much higher than a regular medical or pain clinic. Please remember that follow up treatment advice needs to be a part of your plan. And why did you suggest PL?
