Dr. John Keith Scott, MD

Dr. Scott is courteous, professional, and competent. My wife and I go here and my only real issue is every single time we make an appointment, we have to wait about an hour before we get seen. If the appointment is at 10:30, we are seen around 11:30. We are both very busy and it's aggravating to schedule an appointment, arrive early, then sit and wait because they can't hold up their end of the bargain. I would understand if it happened occasionally, but it happens every time. I'm likely going to switch for this reason alone. I don't go to the doctor very often, so when I go I just want to get it done. It's as if they think their time is so much more valuable than mine.

Dr. Scott, you did not give the care or attention to my father who has been in chronic pain for over 2 weeks. Instead of calling your patient to see if they took your advice, you made assumptions, did not return phone calls, and put a note in my father's file that you will not treat him in the future. He actually did take your advice but the service you suggested (X-ray) was not the best method as it required him to lie on his back. Instead, he used his rights as a patient to seek additional remedies while he waited for your return call, but of course you never called him back. I hope you use this as a learning opportunity and give your patients the attention and respect they deserve (and pay for) in the future.

Average doctor. Good at sending patients to specialists. Answers questions asked but gives no additional info.
