I have seen Dr. Scott on two separate occasions now. Each time he has been completely rude and dismissive. He has a mentality that is very egotistical and he’s very condescending and pretentious. He rushes appointments as if you’re wasting his time. He offers no immediate concern or acts like he cares for you as a person. There’s no more callous of a doctor I have ever come across and his word is final. There is definitely better physicians out there, ones that will show a level of respect and care for their patients, that you will not receive with this man.

Stay away! I went to this doctor for close to a decade. He was fine until I needed some health care and conversation about the change in my health. He did between 5 and 7 text messages on his phone while I'm in the room. When I tried to tell him about the changes he sticks his hand out with his fore finger sticking out and makes a circle as he says "Speed it up". It was a brief visit and close to half the time he was text messaging on his phone. But it gets much worse. When I would have an appointment set up the office would call and tell me he couldn't make it and then they would reschedule me for weeks down the road without any conversation with me about what date might work. One time I was driving to have a surgical procedure and was almost to the office and they called me again and said he can't make it and wanted to reschedule me a third time. I had made numerous arrangements to be able to make this appointment. When I finally did get the procedure and wanted to ask some… questions he said he didn't have time to talk he had to go.

Went in for an appointment for may father. Was told tests were being ordered. They never were, called and emails numerous times with no response. Went to FP who called him and another appt. was made. UPon arrival Dr Scott came in and said I can't do anything for you, you didn't have your tests done. When told they were never scheduled he said it's not his problem, he would reorder tests and hope for the best. He treated my father and me as if we were nothing, a very rude man for sure. I hope the tests get completed and then hope to find a new urologist for him. I would find a new doctor now but my dad does not want to make him mad. Incredibly rude man and he was not wearing his mask over his nose, just his mouth. Great example there too for a pandamic.

I recently scheduled an appointment for my father with Dr. Scott. Dr. Scott was friendly concise and clearly explained what testing needed to be done. All testing was done efficiently. Results were received efficiently. I feel like my father received good care in a timely manner. My father and I both felt that Dr. Scott had an excellent Bedside manner.

No accountability! It took over a month to get in to see someone at Urology of Indiana. After 2 ER visits and 2 urgent care visits I finally got an appointment with someone. That someone, wound up being a PA. I explained I had severe pain, but it had stopped. No exam was conducted and after reviewing my images (which again were over a month old) I was told I needed surgery. No new images were taken until the day of the surgery (2 months after this first ER visit). No one looked at the images until after they stuck me three times and started an IV of antibiotics. Dr. Scott (whom I’ve never met before) came in and said based on the images there was no reason to have the procedure. However, he would be willing to conduct an unnecessary, but elective procedure instead. I of course passed on exposing myself to unnecessary risk and considered it unethical to even suggest doing. He further stated that the PA should have referred me to another specialist instead of scheduling… surgery. Confused, I tried to ask questions and shared information on symptoms as well as information on how the condition had affected other areas of my health. He claimed that the other specialists which have cared for me for years were wrong and no correlations to the conditions existed and was dismissive of their medical opinions. I came away from it all with no medical care. After providing my medical history to 16 medical professionals in the end no medical care was needed or given, the insurance company and I were scammed out of a LOT of money and I have bruises all over my arms from bad IV starts. I told Dr. Scott it was impossible to get good medical care, given the ordeal. His response was arrogant and curt and he said, "I'm sorry you feel that way." REALLY? I would suggest steering clear of any doctor that won't take accountability for his actions, of those of his medical group. They should have taken images before scheduling the surgery and the images the day of surgery should have been reviewed before starting IVs and determining whether the procedure would even be conducted. Of course, they wouldn't have been able to bill for hospital charges and IVs that weren't necessary then though.

Felt extremely rushed to talk about my symptoms. Was given an antibiotic to take every once in a while. Nothing was done about my current symptoms. No exam was given to me. Was given advice on preventative measures. There's nothing to prevent if it's CURRENTLY happening. He made me feel very silly for having concerns about my body. Doctor contradicted things told to me in this 10 minute appointment I waited three weeks for. He spent time telling me that other doctors I had seen didn't know what they were talking about. Very arrogant. I asked a question as he stood up to end the appointment and was told, "I don't know. Good luck."

Horribly disinterested. Major azz. One visit was enough for me. He disputed my every word about the history of my case. He demeaned both my other urologist and my primary care doctor, as well as me. All this in about 5 minutes then wished me luck and left. No exam. No hand shake. No kind word. No nothing. No wonder they make you pay before you see a doctor. I wouldn't have given two cents for what I got. What a waste of time and money.

Horrible experience. Dr Scott could not have cared less, or been more disinterested. He did not perform a physical exam and did an in-office cysto that was less than a minute (initial meeting). Not a physician, he is a TECHNICIAN.

I will never forget my first visit with Dr Scott. I was young and he was so kind and caring and almost like he understood completely what was going on. He even took an interest in how I am in life as most doctors do not but environment can play a role in certain diseases and for him to know that told him maybe ways I can also improve in lifestyle. I have always appreciated his candor, his ability to focus on what would be the best treatment for me, not just the best treatment. Also, his nurse and staff were always so considerate if I had "issues" and usually called me back right away and if I needed relief they would get me in as soon as possible.
