Dr Sefton found a blockage in my husbands brain and by acting quickly and putting us in touch with the best team of surgeons, saved his life and gave him a new lease on life. He is compassionate and takes time during appt and we will be forever thankful. Kim Van Winkle.

I can honestly say that this is on of the best dr's I have been to. The staff is amazing, and caring.

Every time that I call his office, I have to fight with the nurse to get an appointment if I need to see the doctor same or the next day. Yesterday and today I called to see the doctor, they said there is nobody at the office who can help me. Please look for another doctor because according to the office staff, he is not going to be available. ever.

Dr has great bedside manners and is a fairly good doctor. However, I get the feeling YOU need to tell the doctor what to do, not the other way around. His front desk staff can always be found either texting or just completely ignoring you, they very seldom smile (definately not at me), and come across as just plain rude. To get an emergency appointment is like pulling teeth and if you are lucky, you may get in within 10 days, well, you could be dead by then. The wait time in the waiting room is almost an hr. , better bring a book or something. The girl at check out is fantastic, wish I knew her name, very friendly and smiles a lot. All in all, if they could get better front desk staff, and shorten the waiting time to be seen, they could be a practice to move to the number 1 spot.
