he was one of the worst doctors I have ever gone to see. He was claiming my thyroid symptoms were due to postpartum when my son was already 10months old and my gynecologist had already disregard that. To make the story short I ended up with hashimoto's disease and thyroid cancer. which he ends up doing the worst judgement in terms of how I was suppose to go thru my radiation. he suggested to STOP taking the thyroid pill after my thyroid gland had already been removed. Other doctors have told me that it seem as if I had been his first cancer patient because once your thyroid gland has been removed you are NOT suppose to stop taking the pill.

I just found out that Dr Siebel is no longer with SMA. My health plan. Provider. I just saw him Monday. Sad.. wish I had known.

My pcp sent me to Siebel as I have a history of Hashimotos( low thyroid levels; elevated antibodies) and a nodule was recently found during ultrasound. He did not show concern and ended up insulting me about my body. In this day in age where women are constantly ridiculed, there is absolutely NO PLACE in an environment where you’re seeking medical attention for this type of disrespectful and degrading behavior. Shame on you!

My wife was recently diagnosed as hypothyroid. I looked around for an endocronologist and Dr. Siebel seemed to be the best. He was also recommended by a friend of my wife who has been seeing him for years. The wait was about average but the nurse wasn't very friendly. Dr. Siebel spent a long time with us and he was very thorough. He was able to answer all our questions (or tell us that there wasn't really an answer) Overall we were very happy with the visit.

Dr. Seibel doesn't waste time. Once he is sure of your diagnosis he will tell you what you have to do. He won't candy-coat it, he won't be around the bush. If you are at all interested in an alternative approach, you will need to seek out another doctor because Dr. Seibel is not interested in anything but hard medicine.
