he cut my lip & I ended up waking up in the middle of it & could feel everything & all I could do was cry & start hyperventilating

I had an appointment today to get two teeth pulled I was scared to death. They took me back and I felt so at ease. I was giving medicine to help calm me and I can't even remember my teeth being pulled. It was a smooth procedure, and the techs/nurses and Dr.Seidel were very caring and helpful cant' say enough good things. THANKS

Outstanding! I had a fractured tooth that was very painful and annoying. His staff was very professional and had gotten me in a week early on a cancellation. I received outstanding service from Air Force dentists for 20 years and several civilians since, but Dr. Seidel is in a tier by himself. I highly recommend him to anyone that needs his services. Dr. Seidel is very caring and professional. He removed our daughters wisdom teeth. She had no pain at all and recovered quickly. The office staff and total experience was great. We would highly recommend him.

When I went in for my wisdom teeth consultation it was decided I had to have all four removed. I had informed Dr. Seidel I needed to be completely unconscious due to having extreme anxiety considering I've had trauma to my mouth in the past and couldn't handle staying awake. He told me I was not going to be put unconscious instead I would be awake just not remember anything. When the surgery started I immediately felt pain in my left tooth and asked him to stop. He continued on to my right tooth where I felt horrible pain and started crying hysterically. I asked for my mother to come in who is a well known neuropsychologist to try to calm me down. She specializes in relaxation therapy. They refused to let my mother come back until I calmed down which took me a long time considering my worst fear had just come true and I was shaking uncontrollably due to my anxiety. Dr. Seidel is a nice man but I will not return due to his and his staffs unprofessional behavior. I'm not traumatized and… refuse to visit another dentist for a long time. I much rather deal with my pain in my jaw and gums from my wisdom teeth then have to go through that again.

great consultation before my daughter's procedure. staff knew that she had anxiety and wanted to be sleeping while 4 teeth were extracted. it was explained that nitrous oxide (laughing gas) would be used. she was also given xanax prior to her procedure. both were ineffective when the four teeth were pulled. my 9 year old didn't feel any relief from nitrous oxide. she cried while four teeth were extracted and was fully aware of everything happening in the room. she was miserable following the procedure. prior to this my daughter had never been that upset in a dentist or doctor's office. i wish the staff had stopped after first or second tooth was pulled to let me know she was emotionally distressed. it was a very traumatic experience, not what we were expecting. we were told she would be "laughing and talking" throughout the procedure.
