Summary
I was born in Taiwan, am fluent in Chinese and emigrated to America in 1968. I grew up in Delaware and Western Pennsylvania. I was chief of traumatic brain injury at Rancho Los Amigos Medical Center in Downey. Prior to that, I was an assistant clinical professor at the USC School of Medicine in the orthopedic surgery department. I joined Kaiser Permanente in 1997.
