The staff was friendly and the doctor was plum wonderful probably one of the best doctor visits ever and I’ve seen a lot @ 55 lol

Nothing can replace his age, experience, and wisdom with diagnosing and treating children! My kids had him all their lives and are said they're adults and can't see him anymore. Thanks for all you've done doc!

My wife and I are here now and our appointment was for 9:30. We came at 9:20 and finished filling out paperwork by 9:40. It is now 11:45 and the doctor has still not seen her. The front staff informed me 10 min ago that the doctor is still seeing her yet I got a text from my wife shortly after stating she still hasn't been seen. Since this is an SSI appointment, I was told that other patients take priority even though we had an appointment! Just horrible!

Nurse practitioner and staff are very pleasant. Dr. Shih doesn't know who you are even if you go see him several times a year. He is very self centered. I've had the nurse practitioner (no longer there) surprised that he had not paid better attention to symptoms or prescribed things that she thought were very obvious. New nurse practitioner is also very nice, so if you don't mind going to her for your primary care you should be alright. Nursing staff is very nice also. I think they are both more competent than Dr. Shih. They WILL overcharge for services. Strange that every time I have been there recently I have had some sort of credit on my account. I am looking elsewhere.

Dr. Shih and staff are very pleasant, experienced, and thorough during each of my visits for the past seven years that I have been going to Dr. Shih for my FAA physical. As a Certified Flight Instructor I have been sending all of my students and my boss (when his AME retired) to Dr. Shih and they have all had the same great experience. Dr. Shih has worked hard to earn my trust and I will continue to go to him as well as send all future students/pilot friends. If your looking for a good AME for your flight physical. Go see Dr. Shih and allow him to earn your trust. You'll be happy you did.

This doctor never looked at me for the past 4 years during my annual physical exam. I have to say whether my BP has gone up or not. But the Nurse will send the bill to insurance every time you talk. I will never visit the office.

Dr. Shih is very good and through. Staff is very helpful.

The office makes the greatest effort to accommodate the patient.

Very happy so far. The people here are very accommodating and kind. The service was also excellent.
