I was very confused by the entire interaction. I was offered an earlier appointment which was great however I was told by the provider that he wasn't sure why I was there. Did not examine me at all however the notes following the visit indicated that he gave me a through exam which did not happen. I informed him that I was there for a second opinion from my ophthalmologist, and said that he didn't support my symptoms and needed to see another ENT. Waste of time and money

The doctor seemed rushed and took very little time to explain my condition or options. When I visit a physician, I have a couple of questions on my mind. First of all why is this happening to me and why now and what can be done. Dr. hurriedly explained what he thought was the cause and laid out two options and didn't give me much of a and then give me much hope that anything would work.

I will not be retuning to Dr Sirotnak.He was extremely ignorant to me.He spoke to me very sarcastically when he answered my questions.I actually confronted him about his attitude and then he changed his behavior .It was the worst experience I ever had with a medical professional .This is my second visit to him. He was great the first time a year earlier I will now be looking for a new ENT.

I took my child to dr sirotnak for tonsil blockage.He took my sons tonsils out and immediately the loud snoring stopped.He had minimal pain and was eating the next day solid food.I highly recommend this doctor.

I saw the doctor one time and he seemed very busy and sometimes talked over top of me but the real problem I experienced was the woman at the desk. Doctor seemed ok but gave this woman instructions which she absolutely ignored...Such as, "get her setup for a cat scan" and after four days, I repeat, four days I had to call her 6 times from the time they opened that day to get this appointment that should have been done before I left the office four days earlier.. She was completely a mess running around and making inappropriate remarks(smart remarks) when you tried to speak to her. Everything out of her mouth is "we can not do that". When you get tired of it and repeat it to her in disbelief of her rudeness, she then says..."I did not say that". I was so stunned that finally, I gave her a lecture on her lack of customer service, her obligation for concern of human beings as a health provider and her use of snide remarks to people that are paying them. One of the worst facilities in… health care I have ever experienced.

My wife had taken our daughter to this guy for a diagnosis of her ear problem. He looked in her ear and then started pulling stuff ou with tools. My daughter started crying because she was not expecting pain. There was no warning, no explanation of what he was doing and when my wife said "I think she's in some pain" he rudely replied " she's fine". Meanwhile she's crying hysterically and scared! No bedside manners whatsoever... She's ten years old, not an adult... A little comfort would have been nice. Doesn't surprise me. I remember when she got her tubes put in by this guy, and he was a jerk off back then too. My favorite part of the day though was when he asked who put her tubes in( in a way that someone did a bad job)... My wife reminded him that he did them. Shut him up real quick! Avoid this doctor!!!! Especially if you ask one of the secretaries for a tissue for your kid, and they go into their not so clean bathroom and rip off some toilet paper for you... What a joke! … Second opinion is definitely needed to find out just how much he's screwed up my daughters ears!
