I saw this doctor many years ago at Crouse ER. I went to ER because of a sudden incident with back pain and pins and needles sensation from my hips to my toes. I couldn’t walk very well and I couldn’t Urinate. He told my husband (in my presence) that it was basically all in my head. I finally was diagnosed 1 week later with a very rare herniated disk that required emergency surgery that day. As a result of the delay, I was left with a disability where I lost bladder function, bowel function and sexual feeling. This man should never have become a doctor. He was uncaring and arrogant. He has not changed in all these years. He also treats EMT’s& Paramedics like they’re stupid and would refuse to even talk to them. DO NOT SEE THIS DOCTOR!

Doesn't listen and could careless if you're in unbearable PAIN to the point you'd prefer to be dead!!!! He never examined me or listened to me. I was in so much pain.......crying and holding my face/head trying to explain my pain........he gets up made a huff sound and walks away as I'm telling him. Nurse came back and said I was being discharged. So, I asked to see him again. I told him I understood why people take their lives for being in so much pain. Left there crying and feeling helpless. I went home and took a bunch of bottles of medication out and ready to take. What stopped me was my phone rang my daughter calling from NC. Knowing how I was treated and the pain I was in.........she was afraid I might try something. My son also called from another part of NY and was upset that he called the hospital right then. Don't file a complaint with NY, because they'll do nothing. My suggestion DO NOT go to Crouse ER!!!!!!!!!! Please listen to my suggestion, because I didn't when people… told me.

I went to Er at Crouse hospital and I mention I had a enlarged liver and spleen was in back within 1 hr but was out asap he did not take it serious and said we dint hand out pain meds all we can do is refer u which I never came in there to be referel or want pain meds and he never even touched me and he question about my liver n spleen Like I was lying.. so I made a complaint with hospital and I sent proff that I had a enlarged liver and spleen. He turned me away just not right when someone is having abdominal pain. I would stay far away from him ask to be seen by another doctor..
