My son and I came into his office, earlier a few moments before we arrived a lady was bullying me on the bus so my son stood up for me and yelled at the lady and told her to leave me alone I'm very sick. When my son and I got to the doctors office , he started to bully my son because my son stood up for me at the bus stop. He was very rude and didnt know just what happened and started picking a fight with my poor son. He was rude and disrespectful towards me and we will not be returning to his office anymore for anything..... what as big bully ge is....

I moved out of NJ 2 yrs ago and have not found a dr who can compare! Awesome staff and the best bedside matter every!! Miss miss miss them!!!!!

Dr. Smith is the BEST in the game, have been going to him for many years and I wouldn't trade him for anything in the world. Efficient doctors are hard to come by and i'm glad he's mine.

Dr. Smith is one of the most caring and professional doctors in Bayonne. He is very friendly with his staff and patients. He always listens and cares about his patients and treats them like friends and family. Very knowledgeable and intelligent doctor. I been visting his office since many years and will recommend everyone i know. Also very pleasant staff.

Horrible experience with office personnel. Staff gave a 2:30pm appointment time and my husband arrived at 2:15pm. By 2:50pm, we asked 'Kathy' at what time his appointment was scheduled and she said at 3:30pm. I showed her the appointment card and she preceded to say, "Doesn't matter what time the appointment is, you're always going to wait 30 minutes or more." She did not try to accommodate my husband, apologize for the incorrect time, or try to placate us in any way. Instead, we had to wait because "That's how we do it here". She was incredibly rude and did not take responsibility for the scheduling mistake. The bright side to the visit was the doctor. He was attentive, nice, and genuinely seemed to care about my husband's health concern. It's too bad that his front office does not reflect his kind demeanor. It's hard to find a good doctor and I like Dr. Smith but his office staff makes it difficult to return and face their abuse.
