Unconcerned about pain when surgically removing 4 wisdom teeth from teenager. Sent home sick & vomiting. Knowingly prescribed medicine for pain after discussing allergy to medicine. Had to repeat procedure to remove fragments a few days later without proper pain block. Excessively overcharged.

My husband had to have several teeth extracted and I had to have one extracted and we both found Dr. Spann to be very caring and very professional. It felt as if we had been friends for years, right after we first met him. All of his staff are very sweet. We did not have to wait very long at all to get an appointment or in the waiting room to be called back. We would highly recommend Dr. Spann to anyone who needs to have a tooth extracted.

My 6 year old was scheduled to have a tooth extracted. Dr. Spann was stern and spoke unprofessionally about her when she displayed great fear of being put in a wheelchair to be taken to the operating room. Dr. Spann stated he could not deal with her unless she learned how to behave. She was a scared child and needed his help and he displayed no compassion or care for her well being and said we could find another surgeon.
