Have you ever talked to someone and you think they're listening, but somehow when they respond they manage to twist your words? You hear their response and you feel confused as to how they came to that conclusion? Leave an appointment thinking, "What just happened?"He is the most arrogant, most dismissive, most condescending man I have ever met. If you are seeing him for something cut and dry, you will probably be fine. If you have a head scratcher, go somewhere else. I went to him because I truly needed help - trying to get off of medication he prescribed. I left feeling hopeless.

I went to see him for insomnia. I have no sleep apnea problems, just have trouble staying asleep at night. He told me I was being dramatic, that I just needed to grow up and stop being a night owl. I've been struggling with this for almost a year and it really hurt having my problems belittled. He then rushed me out of the room. If your having problems with insomnia, google Sleep Restriction Therapy. That's the only thing he mentioned, something I had already known about.

Dr. Staheli was very professional and thorough. He took the time to listen and ask questions about my individual concerns and never made you feel that he was in a hurry to move on to the next patient. Overall, it was a great experience and I would not hesitate to recommend him to anyone.

The first time I scheduled my appointment towards the end of the day. I sat in the waiting room for almost an hour, just sat and watched the nurses and receptionists all go home as I sat alone in the waiting room. I finally caught the last receptionist to reschedule for another day. I rescheduled for an early AM appt, thinking they couldn't be running so far behind early in the morning. Wrong. For a 9am appt I sat for an hour while everyone around me was being called in. I finally asked the receptionist to refund my co-pay and forget it. After losing 4 hours of pay at work on 2 different days and not even gettingbeing called back, it turns out there's a whole ordeal to "maybe" be refunded my $15 co-pay. I will not be going back. I want my co-pay refunded, and it would be nice if they would reimburse me my wages lost.

I liked the doctor, but hated the treatment I got from his receptionists. I waited 8 days to get feedback on a very important question.That was after at least 10 follow-up calls made by me and 2 drop in visits to try and speed things along.

my husband and I both saw him for physicals, and we both (independently) had such bad experiences that we won't be back.
