Excellent doctor and nurse. Very happy with the experience at the Bruce B. Downs office. Highly recommend Dr Steel. Very helpful nurse Eileen. Traci the AERN was very professional and friendly.

Extremely unprofessional, whole office should be fired. People at front desk ask you to give them money for their own college funds. Girls yell at elderly people for not being able to hold arms up for extended periods of time. No bedside manner, no compassion and they will try to manipulate the elderly to their benefit. The good reviews were probably written by the staff!

long waits for treatments, one day a woman ahead of me waited hour and half. As I arrived four of office staff were outside by dumpster smoking. the do not honor appointment times,bring something to drink and be ready ti wait awhile.

I would recommend him to everyone his office is great staff are cheat full and very knowledgeable they gave us hope when others didn't. And in my oppion they are all Angela. They got my husband through a difficult time. At his office you are not just a number you are human. We didn't have insurance and he treated my husband for six months till open enrollment came around and didn't collect any money. No doctors do this now a days. He was concerned for my husbands health not his pocket. God Bless him and his family and all his Staff.
