Something wrong with this guy, big time. He creeps me out. I have seen him a few times now and he gets stranger each time. FLDOH will be taking interest in this one. My reports will be well considered.

Just left Dr. Stewarts office for the last time. I have changed my pcp. I have already had issues with him telling me that I was rude for interrupting him. This time I was told to Stop Talking... Wow. He was the one the mentioned I was on a certain medication that lowered my iron levels which wasn't seen until now. That is only because I told him I was extremely fatigued. I couldn't even ask him about a new medication that a different dr had given me. His office staff have always been wonderful. As soon as I got home made a call to file a complaint. The office staff even thought that that was not right for him to tell me to stop talking. Well, I am now going to be seeing a new doctor, in the same office. This doctor needs to retire....

Prescribed my mother 4 blood pressure pills that have interactions with other meds he prescribed. Started off nice. 2nd visit was awful. Rude , not listening, making assumptions and prescribing meds based off of his assumptions and not facts. Even staff apologized for his horrible behavior.

I wish I had read the comments BEFORE seeing this doctor!!! He is the RUDEST and yes, he prescribes medication you don't need. I had 3 EXTREMELY BAD office visits with him before switching doctors, sure wish I had switched after the first bad experience. He actually prescribed me a medication that could throw off my vision and motor skills, it is for light sensitivity, which I DO NOT have!!! This guy is THE WORST doctor!! After reading these reviews, I wonder how he is still practicing!!!

I have been going to this doctor for over a year but I will NEVER go back to him. At first he was kind and helpful. But then every visit he was pushing more and more medications and unnecessary tests that led no where. One medication actually GAVE me problems and GAVE me a health problem I never had. THEN after I expressed my concerns about a medication he told me that he has the medical degree and I shouldn’t be questioning him. This isn’t even the least of it. He went on and on about how disappointed he was in me and that I can’t just have concerns because I feel that way. And to not go off of “feelings” um what???? The whole time he was rude disrespectful condescending and arrogant! I will never go back here and I will make sure everyone knows how RUDE this doctor is.

Not my doctor personally but I was recommended to go to him! Will not now! My sister went. She is pregnant and was prescribed multiple medications by him that she has been taking as prescribed which I have witnessed. She is now a few weeks pregnant and wanted to make an appointment to check and see if it’s still safe to take them. Instead of saying “yes they are safe you can continue to take your medications” he preceded to explain how disappointed he was that she stopped taking them and that he’s the doctor now her. The lecture continued for a while that he “has the medical degree here” and she’s not the doctor and shouldn’t go by her “feelings” and she is putting her child at risk for not taking the meds. He then gave her labs to fill with the notation that she is ”not compliant“ with his instructions. My pregnant, emotional sister sat there in shock confused as to why he was so upset when she came for his advise. I will never go there and she has already found a new doctor.

Please do your research! If you’d like to see more extremely poor reviews on this doctor and his wife, research city Hendersonville, TN. I saw his wife (Barbara) when they had their practice in TN - I was judged the second I walked in, she scoffed while I was being tested and reviewed, she acted as if I was a waste of her time, and then she had the audacity to write me a note that said, ‘Wait until marriage to have sex.’ That she personally handed to me while she raised her eyebrows. The worst part is that she didn’t know my story - she judged me on why I was at the office based off her personal views and not what had happened to me. Could’ve taken her to court - I really wish they would’ve lost their license by now. Extremely unprofessional! They are a disgrace to doctors who actually do their job and care about patients. They are classless, insignificant, and unGodly. They will have their judgement day. Please don’t waste your time - find a real doctor who cares!

He was yelling that my labs were a mess when he was looking at 20 years of history instead of the last blood test. His nurse didn't understand WHY A WOMAN WOULD NEED PROGESTERONE AND ESTROGEN! He told me my medical problems were all in my head. I left immediately, NEVER TO RETURN!
