He was a good doctor he took very good care of my. our son when he was little so he gets a 10 from me

I hope he takes my medical insurance!! I miss him!!! I needed outpatient surgery once and had no insurance, he looked at me and said "I don't work for the insurance company I work for the patient." He charged me 25 bucks!! All doctors have their flaws, but he makes up for any flaw by all the good. Yes, the wait sucks, but he's worth it!

Wait time in excess of 2 hrs. Terrible office staff & billing staff.

After waiting for about 2 1/2 hours, I was seen by an "associate" of Dr. Stoker. Her last name started with an L. I told her about my fever, back pain, bronchitis, and congestion. After scribbling a small novel down on paper, she told me I needed to do physical therapy. I am a trim young man who walks for hours every day. Physical therapy? Really?? Later that night I came down with a fever of 103.1. Three days later I was diagnosed with pneumonia in both lungs. Please, if you value your health, STAY AWAY FROM THIS JOINT!

The office staff is rude. They are not caring. Dr Stoker office schedules 4 people every 15 minutes. Often, there are no seats available in the waiting room. The lady at the front desk will mess up making app to see other Dr, she'll give you the wrong date and time as well as the wrong phone number to the Dr office that Dr Stoker has you to see. I have never waited in a Dr office or emergency room so long to see a Dr. The wait has been as long as 3 hr.

Do Not Waste Your Time and Money! On average you will be at this doctor office for 3 hours. They charge a fee of $150 to fill out any forms needed by your employer, disability and FMLA. And of course a high fee for transfering your records when you are done with that office. The staff is the rudest I have ever come across and they never follow up on anything you need them to do. The doctor isnt much better, and when rx is needed they dont give paper scripts, they call them in for you and they are rarely correct. The doctor is greedy and will not waive those paper fee's for any reason, im about to lose my job because I cant afford to pay the $150 fee for my FMLA.....

The doctor or the staff doesn't take time to get to know you. They don't listen to you. They don't remember you. I don't recommend this office at all.

I just hate waiting two hours for him to see me.

Dr. Stoker has been my doctor since I was pregnant for my daughter in 2006 and after I had her she had jaundice real bad and he called after he left the office when she was 5 days old and he said that he was just wondering how she was doing that he had thought about her all day. That to me is excellent caring physician. I have had a few problems with the office staff but nothing that I didnt take care of. Now I have two children and he sees them both and myself has since been diagnosed with MS and the only complaint that I have is that he doesn't really work with my neurologist to keep my pain and spasms under control. But the big issue is that too many ppl want drugs I just wanna feel better. Other than that and the wait time (which is sometimes real real bad)I believe that he is an excellent doctor with great bedside manner.

The nurses are good, they misplaced my chart for a minute. Dr. Stoker is nice, I have yet to receive a diagnosis. I was told to come back in 2 weeks to go over bloodwork. I would assume I only have to make an appointment if it's something we need to discuss, but you better believe he wants to get paid for another office visit. The reception is BEYOND rude, one even took a cellphone call in the middle of a sentence without excusing herself or saying sorry. Since when can people take personal calls while helping customers? (Since that's essentially what we are) The urine sample cups are stacked on top of the diaper changing unit, and they're just plain plastic solo cups, no lids, no clean catch wipes in the bathroom, and you have to walk through a high traffic area holding your urine, hoping not to spill on anyone. (I'm slightly exaggerating, but it's possible) The exam tables have no paper that gets changed between patients, they're like 30 years old, and you know they don't get… sanitized between patients. The office is outdated, disgusting, and unsanitary. Noone that entered or exited my room was wearing gloves nor washed their hands, including Dr. Stoker. There was animal hair covering the cloth chair in the room. The waiting room had 'American Dad' playing on the TV which is rated tv-14, full of sex, drugs and swearing...my 4 year old got an earful. There's a mural in the playroom of Bert getting a shot and crying, Ernie looks terrified, and the Dr is smiling. Seriously?? STAY AWAY.
