Dr. John Joseph Streiff JR., MD

Dr. Streiff has many years of experience. He is knowledgeable, concise and informative.

I have been to many doctors in my life, and due to the attitudes of indifference, I had a "phobia" of doctors until I met Dr. Streiff. He listened to everything I said. He treated me like a valued human being. I drive an hour one way to see him. He's intelligent and thorough.

If you can get past the front appointment desk, this is a great office. Very hard to get an appointment without waiting for weeks, though, if you just want a check-up.

Dr. Streiff seemed nice when he first came to our town. He became an awful doctor. he was insulting to me, making fun of my symptoms and joking about how he assume I am a stupid idiot woman and hoping I don't fall down in the road. I am disabled and he insults disabled people. He has also been rude to other patients we know plus the office staff, none of whom like him. Friends of ours have dumped him also. He is a jerk. he yelled at med personal trying to save his own life when he had a heart attack himself. There were witnesses in news media.

I have been seeing Dr. Streiff for about as long as he's been practicing in Edinboro. He discusses my health with me--doesn't "dictate" it. He listens and it is a 2-way conversation. I have been to too many doctors who talk down to you, or don't get what you're trying to convey to them. Dr. Streiff will pay attention.
