Dr Swan is an excellent Physician! He is caring and highly competent! I’ve been seeing Dr. Swan all my Life! He is just like family!

Although colonoscopies are necessary, the experience is not one we look forward to. With that said, I could not have wished for a better experience as I had with Dr. Swan and his medical team. From the time you enter the facility to register, the front office greets you with the utmost professionalism, courtesy and efficiency that many practices should emulate. After the procedure, the nursing staff as well as the doctor, and the anesthesiologist all make sure to check with you that all is well and there are no problems. My wife also had this procedure not long ago, and we are glad to say that this attention was displayed at that time as well. Thank you for this attention and caring shown to your patients. It makes a tremendous and positive difference!

My visit went very smooth- I have seen Dr Swan for quite a few years now and he understands when I complain of and pain- he listens because he knows don't complain unless my body is telling me something wrong! And I like the new building

Hadn’t seen Dr. Swan since my last visit five years ago. The attention he and his staff provided was excellent, just as it was five years ago.

I recently needed to have my 5 year follow up colonoscopy done, which I did with my physician Dr John Swan at Gastroenterology Consultants of San Antonio. The facility was very clean and everyone from the front staff to the back were all very kind, friendly and always followed HIPPA guidelines. All staff introduced themselves, told me what they were going to do and did it expertly. They all were very organized, professional and caring. They all followed safety checks- making sure they had the right patient for the right test with the right physician. They all told me what I could expect and what the next step was. Dr Swan I have known for years- he is an expert in gastroenterology, answers all questions, listens to the patient, explains the procedures he will do and why, follows all safety checks and explains his findings and if needed treatments. Dr Swan is a kind, considerate, very knowledgeable and caring physician. I could not have had a better experience from the staff at… the facility and the compassionate care from Dr Swan. Dr Swan is always kind, totally concerned and willing to give you the time you need to explain your problem. I dread when he retires because I will have to find another doctor and I think this one is the very best!! He is so knowledgeable and competent.
