Our family will be forever grateful to Dr John Tzagournis. A. doctor at OSU misdiagnosed my 58 year old husband with a simple ulcer. Fortunately, I was a patient of another GI doctor in this practice and they were able to get him in with Dr John, did a colonoscopy and diagnosed his stage 4 cancer immediately, within a week. We continue to see new wonderful doctors at OSU James Cancer Hospital and Dr John handles all of his GI issues. We credit him for saving and extending his life. Dr Monokas is my awesome Doctor in this practice. The Best of the Best!!!

This doctor literally caused my years of suffering over the course of 4 years. Not to mention the rude office staff and poor bedside manner. The only person that I encountered here that is competent is the female lab tech. I would never return to this place. I wasn't aware of how terrible it was for four years and multiple complications later. I have since then switch to a university hospital in the area and the level of knowledge and care isn't even comparable.

Has taken his time with me, answering questions, showing empathy. Great guy! Recommend highly! Sometimes a little hard to contact staff, uses voice-mail instead of answering phone.
