I have been visiting Dr Urbancic at least once a year for the past 10 years, more often since I've gotten older, and I nothing but the greatest respect for him. I am 66 years old and never has a doctor as caring and understanding as Dr. Urbancic. I recommend him to anyone looking for a good doctor

I switched to this guy after My old Doc retired. The staff answering the phone are rude and short with you. What really ticks me off though is his speed, at my last appointment, eventhough I came in with several issues, he couldn't be bothered to deal with them, he was in and out way too quick, he hada checklist of things he had to deal with to get paid and thats all he did . Also to get an appointment takes a month at least. I don't know, maybe his practice his big enough that he doesn't have to bother, maybe he doesn't care, maybe he's distracted by his family, all I know I've gone to him for for visits and they've al lbeen the same. The only good part is the techs who actually get your history and take your vitals are nice and freindly and as helpful as they can be.

Very committed to his patients. More than a Dr. he is a friend. Professional and more. Yhanks Doc.
