There is no point in spending all of your money on a "specialist" who is just going to prescribe Vyvanse or Adderall. Your PCP can do that and will actually respond to your calls/emails. I can also guarantee that your PCP has a website that isn't the same sloppy page it was in 2006 with broken links and more ways to contact than just a phone number.

If you’re looking for someone kind, compassionate and understanding talk to your mailman. Anyone would be better than this guy!!

He lacks sympathy for his patients, blaming me for not tolerating meds (having bad side effects), and being more interested in discussing hobbies than my medical situation. He doesn't know enough about anxiety or depression meds, and put me on a dangerous combination that gave me serotonin syndrome, then when I said I couldn't take it, told me I was out of options. (It took him almost a week to return my desperate call.) He seems to see time with patients as an inconvenience, sticking to his checklist, rarely ever asking me how I was doing, and getting outwardly annoyed when I contacted him more than once every 6 months. I once waited over 40 minutes for an appointment because he'd mis-scheduled, and he'd sometimes walk out of my 30 minute appointment to take a break while I filled out a quick form. He is not properly informed, spends too little time considering patients' issues, and is rude, unsympathetic, and unsupportive. If his first approach doesn't work out, he gets annoyed… and disinterested. Not a good doctor.

Simply amazing!! Spent an amazing amount of time with my son to get the correct diagnosis. We feel blessed!
