Been to the office several times since moving to Midlothian 2 years ago. Was very happy with his treatment, staff was very nice and he was very gentle. About a month ago I was having pain on the right side. Called and left a message Did not get a return call or anything. Called on Monday and was told they were short staffed. No apology or anything. I had a cleaning last week in Thursday and have been in a lot of pain. Tried to get in to see him this morning and was told that he didn’t have any availability and couldn’t see me at all this week. My question to her was what options did I have? No answer. I called another dentists office and was able to be seen immediately. Feeling much better. Won’t be going back to Soothing Dental ever again after this. Do not recommend at all!

FOR ANYONE WHO HAS EVER HAD A TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE AT A DENTIST THIS IS WHERE YOU NEED TO BE. THROUGH MANY YEARS OF DENTAL NIGHTMARES DR. VINTON HAS CHANGED MY OPINION OF DENTIST COMPLETELY. I HAVE HAD MAJOR DENTAL ISSUE AND HE HAS FIXED THEM. HE IS A COMPLETE BLESSING AND IS STAFF IS AMAZING!

Very poor customer service. Slow follow up and office help had the attitude that They were doing me a favor by letting me come there. Too bad because Dr. Vinson seems great but his office staff is aloof, condensing and somewhat rude. I guess they want you to not ask any questions, pay, and get out...
