HE DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. The office told me I could do a virtual appointment due to COVID and the fact that I moved out of state. Once I get on the appointment he refuses to see me as a patient because it’s been too long since I had been seen in person, so he tells me to go somewhere else in my new state, we were on the call for maybe 2-3 minutes. Then he still bills me for a full appointment! So now I owe over $200 for him to tell me he won’t see me. I talked to the front desk receptionist and they said that he absolutely should have seen me for the appointment because their policy is that you can do virtual appointments as long as you have been seen in person within 3 years, and my last appointment fell within that timeframe. The billing department is useless because they said that I still received care, what care did I receive??
