This office is wonderful! I never wait more than 5 minutes before I am called back. The doctor takes time with his patients.

This Dr. was terrific in helping my mom with 2nd stage thyroid cancer. However, when it reappeared a bit more than a year later, we were naive in not understanding he could not assist. But in hindsight, he knew. However, he performed a surgery anyway, not even following needed precautions that previous surgeries indicated for her. Although he personally knew a surgeon that could help her, he could not manage to be honest enough to advise us of that. She finally was able to see a surgeon that could assist, but it was to late. She passed away 4 months later...=(

This office is simply amazing. Dr.John Wanamaker and his staff are warm and welcoming and before I could even get my book open to read in the waiting room I was called in for my appointment. Dr. Wanamaker is exceptional at his profession. He was very focused on my concerns and he took the time to listen. I thought that it was very thoughtful that he explained each step he was about to perform during my exam. I went in to his office feeling horrible after a month of dealing with a resistant ear infection that left me deaf in one ear. I left feeling so much better and I could hear! I returned a week later (feeling fantastic by the way!) for a check on my progress and received the same exceptional experience. I highly recommended Dr. John Wanamaker and his staff at Central New York Ear Nose and Throat Consultants.

absolutely wonderful! I went to see him regarding my daughter's (6yrs) tonsils. He said she was fine, but her younger sister who was with us on the visit (5yrs) should be examined. She ended up needing her tonsils out!
