Dr. John Lawrence Weare JR., MD

Dr. Weare was my children's pediatrician all of their lives. He always had time for us. When my son was very ill, the doctor would call me, late in the evening after he finished his rounds to check up on him. He has a great rapport with kids, always making my children comfortable. Thank you Dr. Weare, you are a compassionate knowledgeable doctor and helped me through years of ear infections, asthma, broken bones and sleepless nights.

Dr. Weare has been my daughter's pediatrician since she was an infant. She is now 19 so we've seen him for the last time. :-( She absolutely adored him as did I. His staff is excellent about getting you in to see him if your baby is sick. He is great with the kids. He always has kid friendly ties on. He is extremely thorough and always takes the time to speak with you and here any concerns. He never makes you feel rushed. Highly, highly recommend Dr. Weare.

Its funny that Dr Weare was MY pediatrician when I was a child, and now he is my daughter's doctor. IN EVERY experience I have had in that office since I could remember his staff is always friendly and kind, he is very thorough and explains every aspect of the visit as well as conservative to ensure you are not doing unecessary measures. He always says "I have no doubt that she doesnt feel well but I dont think we are to the point of antibiotics call me back if (inser symptoms here)" I drive from the North end of the county to be his patient! He is worth the drive, and any wait! The staff there are wonderful as I stated and so good with all the children and helping out in a crisis, I can call as a new mother about random things and they always have suggestions - its nice to have an opinion from a doctor office - and a lot of times Dr Weare will call me himself instead of Laura (who is fantastic too)

Dr. Weare is amazing, extremely nice, courteous and professional. Dr. Weare came highly recommended and my son has been going to him since he was first born, almost 15 years ago. No matter what the situation Dr. Weare always makes my son feel at ease. He even likes going to the Doctor when it is Dr. Weare! There is no other Doctor that I would trust more with my child. Dr. Weare is very caring and truly listens to your needs and concerns. He explains things in language you can understand. And he is very prompt. Laura, his nurse, is also amazing and kind. I would truly and very highly recommend Dr. Weare.

Alot of folks have good things to say about Dr.Weare as a physician but I have had the privlege to know him as my childs pediatrician and as my boss. I know first hand how great of a doctor he is and how he truly loves his patients because I saw it first hand. He is a true kind and generous individual and an excellent doctor.

When my first child was born in 1995, Dr. Weare already had a wait list, he was a sought after pediatrician. He has taken excellent care of my two kids. He is very knowledgeable and very calm. 97% of time he knows exactly what's wrong and if not, he is not afraid to send child to a specialist. Plus he does not over-prescribe anti-biotics. Funny they ask about wait time, it's worth a wait for a top notch extremely well informed doc. Kids love him.

Dr. Weare is probably the best, most qualified physician I have worked with. He is calm and very familiar with childhood illnesses. He's also quite expert at diagnosing all types of things, ex. what type of allergic skin rash a child has. A+ physician
