Dr. John Dalie Wells, MD

Dr. Wells is professional, knowledgeable, takes the time to explain the issue and procedure to fix it, and gives painless shots. Dr. Wells and his team make you feel you are in good hands and the dental problem will be resolved. This was my third root canal but my first with Dr. Wells. The office experience and the root canal with Dr. Wells was far superior compared to the other endondontists. Rachel Heusinger was excellent answering my initial questions and helping with my paperwork and Julie Pope who took xrays and assisted Dr. Wells was very attentive and made me feel assured that my issue would be resolved.

Nothing like any of the reviews that I have read. Knew what he was talking about and answered all our concerns and questions.

Important to note that the hospital designated Dr. Wells to the Patient, it was not the Patient's choice. Dr. Wells should not be permitted to see patients and interact with those that are terminally ill. The Patient was informed that the diagnosis was CANCER and terminal and that the Patient had 6-12 months to live. There was no eye contact, curt, and barked to a family member when a question was asked, 'Weren't you listening to me'? Dr. Wells made the Patient feel uncomfortable, undervalued and inadequate. When requested to change Oncologists, the Cooper Clinic informed the Patient and family members that the Oncology Department did not change Dr.'s. I blame both the COOPER CLINIC and Dr. Wells' actions for the necessity of this report and am thankful that there is a forum for inadequate Dr.'s to be exposed!
