Dr. John White

I was a patient of Dr. White, as well as my husband and my mother. The office was always rude, we would wait on hold for up to 20 minutes at a time, never received a call back when messages were left, would wait for over a month for a call from the office regarding blood work. They always had some lame excuse as to why they didn't call back and always attempted to put the blame on us " your phone has been disconnected, we left a message, etc". Which none were true. Dr. White is a very nice doctor and I think means well but if you don't have good office and nursing staff it just doesn't work............

I am sick and tired of seeing this doctor and than have collection agencies contact me. People this bill was paid in the doctors office with a lady named angela, I believe. YES I have a receipt showing my bill was paid and will have my canceled check when it also comes back from the bank.

The only bad thing is that you don't get timely call backs for when you just have a question. This is mainly on the Nurse.
