i don’t think i’ve ever met a more disagreeable woman than the one selling eye glasses at the downtown office. she’s disorganized, rude, and dies as little as possible. The Doctor, however, is top of the line. just buy glasses elsewhere.

Dr Wilkins was very knowledgeable and talked to me as a person not just a patient. Very detailed and explained everything. The only disappointmet I had was he is VERY against the new LAL lens inplants that I was very excited to hear about. Overall a great doctor.

I made an appt over the phone. When I arrived about 3 weeks later at the appt time, I was told by receptionist there was no appt for me. She was rude and didn't offer me another appt for 3-4 weeks. Whoever made the appt did not put in the the appt book. I will not be going back and neither will my husband or my parents. It was their mistake and they did nothing to rectify it.
