Mark Williams is a big shot acting smart tail . He has NO bed side manners at all and thinks your not suppose to question nothing he has to say. Just because he may be a good surgeon Hus attitude is very poor. ECU needs more Dr.'s like Dr. Anderson, and the best they ever had was Dr. Ted Koutlas.

Dr. Williams has followed his true calling, which is demonstrated through his undeniable passion & devotion to his craft, colleagues, patients & their families. I was catapulted into an association with Dr. Williams after my mother suffered a heart attack and needed open heart surgery. I quickly began the process of researching Dr. Williams credentials utilizing online resources, the Medical Board, colleagues & co-workers. My mom has now been under Dr. Williams medical hospitalization care for 30 days. During this time we have grown to know and admire this man for the consummate professional he is. Although a strong professional Dr. Williams is also a humble grass roots gentleman, who is very approachable with a sense of humor that makes one comfortable to be under his care & in his presence. I would highly recommend Dr. Williams for his skill, caring & manner.

Dr. Williams performed aortic valve replacement surgery on me 20 yrs ago and I am still going strong. He was kind, and treated me like a human being getting to know me as person not just as a patient. His technical skills were wonderful. Bedside manner was very warm and caring. He took his time even though he is a very busy man. He never seemed rushed. He had a sense of humor which I believe is needed under these circumstances. I would refer any family member to this kind man. It is because of him that I have been able to live a healthy, active life for the past 20 yrs.

My dad had to have surgery to replace one valve, and repair the other. This was a very complicated procedure because my father had already had it done years ago. Dr. Willimas was OUTSTANDING!!!!! After surgery, he took his time to explain to me and my family exactly what was done to my father. He didn't rush, but took his time in explainging everything to us. Thanks to him, my father is recovering very well. I would recommend him to anybody..
