Dr. John C Wittenstrom, DDS

I had over $4000 of work done with Dr. Wittenstrom. When he finished, I could no longer chew on my right side. I could chew on my right side before having any work done by him. He did not take accountability, but rather was insistent that he did everything right. He said I may not be able to chew on the right side for several years, and did not seem overly concerned. I would never go to this dentist again. BEWARE.

I had been going to the same dentist for about 20 years since I was a little kid. The dentist retired and sold the practice to a much bigger company. I didn’t have a great experience after the practice changed hands and it prevented me from visiting any dentist for a few years. However, I knew that I couldn’t keep putting it off, and I made an appointment with Metro Dentalcare. I’ve come back every 6 months since that first visit, and I could not be happier with the care they have provided. I have had great experiences with all of the staff, the front desk, hygienist, and dentists. I really feel like they care about the comfort and well being of their patients. I feel like I have a trusted dentist again.

3 years ago another dentists office said I needed 2 root canals and 2 crowns. Dr. Wittenstrom crowned one tooth and fixed a cavity on the other and saved me from having 2 root canals. Those teeth are doing fine and every visit since I've had super friendly, honest and professional care. 5 stars easy.
