Everytime I've taking my wife too him it's taking hours before she would get to see him.

Dr. Wolverton is a very good, caring doctor. That said his staff is horrible. Smart mouthed, unprofessional, lying, and uncaring. The head nurse is racist, and thinks she's a dr and can fix you instead of letting the dr see you. She blames any paperwork problems on the patient therefore denying any responsibility of her own. She also thinks she know what's best when it comes to prescribing medication or refilling the ones that Dr Wolverton has already put you on. IMO his staff needs an overhaul and he would have nothing but 5 star rating on everything.

waits days to call in prescriptions, Been waiting almost 2 weeks for his office to call in a referral to another Dr.

During my last few visits with the doctor, I could over hear him & the nurse talking about another patient's care in the hall. It took them about two weeks to call in a prescription that he said I needed. I would call the office and check on the prescription, speaking to his nurse after leaving several messages before my call was returned. When I asked for additional testing the nurse said he forgot to put it on my file. All of these things have left me searching for another doctor with some bedside manners!

I go to him for weightloss, he is very friendly and have very good bedside manner..He is caring and very concerned about his patients..I am a nurse and these are very important characteristics that a doctor must have..to even be considered as a good doctor. He is excellent I would recommend him to my family and friends and I have done so...
