Didn't he loose his dental license for neglect? Scary. I would never take my child to him

After visiting Dr. John Won's office, I have referred 2 other patients. Office seemed very modern and up to date and took the time to explain everything to me. I didn't feel rushed at all. And I would recommend him to anyone looking to have dental implants.

The doctor and his entire staff were great. My wisdom teeth surgery went great and I was up and going the next day. Absolutely recommend Dr. Won!

I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Won and his team. They answered all my questions for me and allowed me to relax a bit prior to my surgery. It did not hurt anywhere close to what I thought. I absolutely recommend Dr. Won without question!

If you are looking someone who cares then Dr. Won is for you! I do not like going to the dentist but Dr. Won put me at ease. His staff is great!

the very best. the staff was great, very pleasant experience...no follow was needed, no pain, no bleeding, they gave me bottle of pain pills which I never took...going in I was most anxious..high recommend this group!

Worst dental experience of my life! Won negligently installed an implant that failed causing me infection, inflammation and damage to surrounding area. He hole he drilled in my mouth was so large that the implant was held on only by one thread causing gaps and infections! After repeated visits, he x-rayed me and sent me on my way telling me it just needed time to heal! After 18 months, I saw a different oral surgeon who advised me that it needed to be removed immediately. Won was notified of his gross error and promised to pay for his mistake by taking care of the cost for a new treatment plan to correct his error. It is now 2015 and I have not received any response from the many follow up requests! Won was paid in full for his gross negligence and is not willing to even give me the time of day or make good on his promise for reimbursement!! Do not see this dentist!! Again, this has been the worst dental and medical experience of my life. I have suffered too many years as a… result of his gross incompetence!!!

Dr. Won is THE best oral surgeon I have gone to and if need be, would not hesitate to go to him again. He is that good!! The staff is friendly and courteous. If you have any anxiety, it's gone as soon as you talk with any of the nurses and Dr. Won...they are all fantastic!!!
