Incorrect billing code used. It could be an accident and he remembered the wrong patient. It could be excessive bulling. It could be insurance fraud. He did not respond to multiple attempts to clarify.

I could not get a return call concerning my questions on the prescribed medication. My primary needed to know why I was not on an ace inhibitor or a beta blocker and my dentist needed to modify my medications for some crown work. After 4 calls with no information or returned call, I was forced to switch doctors. Couple that with me never receiving a stint card and I wonder how this facility is still practicing medicine.

He made me aware of how seriously ill my son, who had an epidural abscess was. He was the only dr who said, specifically to me, "we have to get that abscess drained" I now understand that would have been the only way they could have saved my son. I'm not even sure he was on my son's case, but he should have been. He's the most intelligent person l have ever met!
