Dr. John Alexander Zavala, MD

I verified he was accepted Medicare and was in network Office staff told me what I would owe based on their verification of benefits and I paid. Now they are refusing to write off a balance that insurance says is a dr. Write off I would not recommend this office to anyone as they are ruthless and uncaring about consequences to patients

Dr. John Zavala is such a good and caring specialist as well as a surgeon. He replaced both my knees. Right knee in 2014 and the left knee in 2016. My knees have been Great since he replaced them. My only regret was that I wished I had not waited so long to have the surgeries done. After my right knee was done and healed well I was so ready to get the left one done when it got bad. I didn't want to walk around in so much pain ever again. Thank You Dr. John Zavala for the surgeries well done!!!
