I have never once written a review for a doctor. I always try to give them the benefit of the doubt. I do not know how this man considers himself a doctor. He didn’t know very basic things. My sister has been battling very serious illness’ for over a year and was sent to the ER by her specialist. This doctor barely laid eyes on her, had to be asked to actually assess her and had to be begged to do blood work. Do the residents of Naples a favor and get him out the ER asap. He’s a lawsuit waiting to happen.

My wife fell and needed to go to the ER. We were treated well at the ER, but Dr. Zelahy was NOT there. Our insurance paid the ER bills after we paid our co-pay. Then we get a bill from a billing center for Dr. Zelahy; it was $3235. Who and where was he? For the other ratings, I'm glad he wasn't there. Obviously our hospital ER is doing some funny stuff!!!!

Received a phone call from a collector trying to get money for Dr. Zelahy from an ER visit I had an paid for. I did not even see the Dr. and now I have a bill for over $1,000 they are claiming hasn't been paid.

Incompetent and disinterested. Horrible overall experience with a terrible 'professional'. I wish I could give 0/4 stars but I have to select 1.

This doctor saw my son for about 3 minutes. Did not perform any kind of procedure, just SAW my son.Again: 3 minutes, advised to give him Tylenol and apply ice on injured area.Once again: He did not even touch my son, he saw him. Less than 3 minutes.Suggested to see a specialist.Total bill amount: $390It is an insult to the patients to disregard the effort hardworking people make to their money while his greed makes him charge $390 for 3 minutes of NOTHING but "give him some Tylenol and see a specialist".Dr. Zelahy, you should be ashamed. I respect medical doctors who have earned their degree with much effort but you do not need to disrespect your patients by charging more for 3 minutes than what I make in one week....
