I have been a patient of Dr. Zic for 5 years. During this time he has educated me about my condition, suggested various forms of treatment, and always answered all my questions. He is very patient, kind, and understanding. I feel he knows me as a person as well as a patient. I wish all doctors were like him. I feel he is the best doctor I have ever had and have recommended him to all my friends who have skin issues.

Although Dr. John Zic is a very nice person and is a good listener, that is not enough for me. I have been with Dr. Zic for more than 10 years and am very unhappy with the level of care I am receiving. My condition has only worsen when it should be under control. His availability is not good for patients needing to be seen right away. I was left in a cold room for nearly 2 hours without the common courtesy of letting me know that I would have an extended stay. In my opinion, Dr Zic probably has more patients than he can handle. Vital information such as nutrition, exercise, etc to assist cancer patients in living a healthy life while being treated in non existent.

I explored extensively my options for treatment for my CTCL and settled on Dr. Zic. I am very impressed with the facility and his staff. He give me all the time I need with him and even on follow up visits takes time to answer questions and educate me on my condition. I feel I am getting confident care from him.

Misdiagnosed condition. Did no biopsy to make sure he was treating what he thought he was treating. Now have to have chemotherapy every week for the remainder of life.

Great doctor. I wish they were all like him. He took a lot of time to help me get rid of my acne and carefully explain how to treat it an what to expect from the treatements. A lot of doctors would probably have laughed at me for being so concerned about my skin problems, and I was kind of embarrassed to be so upset by it, but Dr. Zic really seemed to understand what I was going through. Moreover, his treatment regimen left with clean and clear skin. He is so smart and has so much experience that I would reccomend him to anybody.
