Many years ago I chose Dr. Zotos because he was on my insurance and was close to my work. Don't regret the decision and have been going ever since. I like that he is stand alone and not part of some large dental practice. His office is not fancy, but is functional (no TV's to watch, but some cool mobiles spinning on the ceiling to look at!), and has been in the same place for years. He has been able to address all my dental needs never attempts to "upsell" unneeded services. While cleanings typically are scheduled months in advance, when I had an issue with my tooth that I wanted addressed quickly, I was able to be scheduled the next day. He was able to diagnose AND fix my issue the same day. And regarding having to wait to schedule a cleaning, there are always cancellations and it is easy to slot in. Billings seem fair for the services rendered. He also has a calming reassuring manner. His dental assistants have always been nice and professional.
