Dr. Johnny Johnson, DDS

Johnny Johnson Jr., D.M.D., M.S.
Education:
Dr. Johnny is a resident of Pinellas County since transplanting to Largo from Southern Illinois in his early teens.  He attended both Seminole Middle and Seminole High Schools, graduating in 1974.  
He began his college years at St. Petersburg Junior College and continued on to the University of South Florida where he graduated in 1979 with honors. 
Dr. Johnny attended dental school at the University of Florida.  After graduating there in 1983, he went on to complete his residency in Pediatric Dentistry at the University of North Carolina at Chapel Hill.  He graduated with a Master of Science degree in 1985 and promptly pointed the car south back to Pinellas County and Palm Harbor.
He and his brother, Dr. Alex Johnson (Orthodontist) have been in practice together in Palm Harbor solely and continuously since 1985.

Interests & Hobbies:
Dr. Johnny resides in Tarpon Springs with his wife, Trish, daughters Kristin and Katie, and their dogs Sunshine (giant Schnauzer) and Sam (miniature Schnauzer), and their bird Cherry. He enjoys boating, fishing, hunting, bicycling (a 3 wheel recumbent bicycle….no really! They’re hard to fall off of), and playing practical jokes on the office staff and doctors. Along with his family, he gives Thanks to God for being given the opportunity to care for his children and to be a good Steward of the land.
