I've used Johnny Taylor for years.... Johnny is great dentist and has a very well trained and pleasant staff.

Less than a 5 minute wait! Walked right in and they were ready for me. Everyone there is very nice and helpful, and Pam, the receptionist is very helpful when dealing with my insurance billing. Professional staff all around.

Dental treatment good.Support not as good. Too much emphasis on how much dental work can be paid for by insurance.-- My appointment was at 10 am--after climbing those stairs I entered exactly on time. I assumed that an early appointment time would be prompt and no time wasted -- but next visit I will try to take the stairs slower.

Dr. Taylor and his staff make it so easy and painless when you're there, whether your getting just a cleaning or having something major done. This morning was our first visit with Dr Taylor. We just moved from Colorado and needed a dentist to see our 8 year old daughter Sydney about sore front bottom teeth. To say the least, the experience was very disappointing. I (mom) could not believe the plan of action or I should say lack there of. He needed to remove the spacer from her teeth and didn't realize how impacted it was. Her gums had grown over it and it was wedged in between the teeth pretty good. Dr Taylor did not think into that this could be hurtful to pull out. My daughter was shaking and tried hard not to cry. She even said something and he continued digging. She then was crying and I asked her if she was ok and he unbelievably answered for my daughter saying "yes she is fine". Well NO she wasn't fine and is still horrified by the painful experience. Dr Taylor should have taken the time to talk to us to explain what he was doing and then numb her before doing what he did. He only used the numbing gel which… obviously wasn't good enough. My daughter has always been ok wth the dentis but after today she is not happy! I am very disappointed that I didn't say anything while I was there but I guess in my mind I was thinking "he already did the damage, if I get upset it will only make the circumstance more difficult and that we will just plan on NEVER returning to Dr Taylor again" and just wanted to get out of there. NOT a good way for a dentist to welcome us into Texas . Again, beyond disappointed !
