Dr. Jon-Christopher Rosales

I had a very disappointing experience with Dr. Jon-Christopher Rosales at Boston Dental in Henderson. During my visit, I felt I was treated with disrespect and that my questions about my treatment were not welcomed. Instead of receiving clear explanations, I felt dismissed, which made me uncomfortable and caused me to lose confidence in the care I was receiving. I was also concerned by the treatment recommendations I received, including a suggestion to extract teeth and replace them with implants. Based on my own understanding and after seeking additional opinions, I did not believe this was the right approach for me. Patients should always consider getting a second opinion before agreeing to major dental procedures like extractions or implants. I was also frustrated by my experience with billing and unexpected charges, which I found difficult to understand. I encourage anyone considering treatment here to carefully review all treatment plans, insurance estimates, and invoices before… proceeding. Overall, I did not feel respected as a patient, and I left with concerns about both the communication and the recommended treatment. Because of my experience, I would not return to this practice and would recommend that others do their own research and obtain a second opinion before making significant dental decisions.

This office is a predatory trap disguised as a medical clinic. If you value your health and your finances, stay far away from Dr. Jon-Christopher Rosales and Boston Dental of Anthem. Hostile Misconduct: Dr. Rosales is shockingly abrasive, treating patients with blatant contempt. His "care" is defined by a total lack of professionalism and a toxic, dismissive attitude. Incompetent Clinical Work: The quality of dentistry is abysmal. Fillings fail within weeks—not by accident, but as part of a calculated scheme to force repeat visits and bill for repairs of his own shoddy work. Systemic Financial Fraud: This practice is built on insurance theft. They exploit patients by filing massive, fraudulent claims and employing a "death by a thousand cuts" billing strategy—sneaking in frequent "surprise" charges under $100, betting that you won't notice or fight the theft. Toxic Environment: The entire staff, from the front desk to the hygienists, mirrors the doctor’s hostility. The atmosphere is… aggressive, unfriendly, and utterly unprofessional. Bottom Line: Boston Dental of Anthem is a scam operation. Protect your teeth and your bank account: do not step foot in this office.

Dr.Rosales saw me for 2 emergencies and he explained everything before starting work. Very good attitude.
