Dr Jon S. Falkowski received his Doctor of Dental Surgery degree from the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in 1974. He has been a Farmington dentist since 1975. He initiated Children's Dental Health Month (February) in 1976 in the Farmington elementary schools and has literally screened thousands of elementary school students. He has been voted Top Dentist by Mpls./St. Paul magazine in it's last two surveys.  An avid endurance athlete who currently participates in triathlons, he also lists golf and hunting with his two yellow labs as his interests. Dr. Falkowski has four children and currently seven grandchildren. He and his wife, Cindy are "empty nesters"
