Answered every question I had. Was courteous, and most importantly did an excellent surgical job!

Terrible bed side manner and didnt offer any insight to why I was in so much pain and told me he didn't understand why my pain was so bad when I had no gall stones only inflammation and told me the removal wasn't going to get rid of the pain. Also wait time was unreasonable when I was vomiting having the shakes and a fever. He didn't acknowledge any of it just came in and pressed on my stomach and set me up for removal. Very rude tone of voice and no explainations to pain and vomiting and he just told me to go to my regular doctor. I had a scam on my gall bladder and the gastro doctor referred me to get it removed I should mention.

Just felt like I needed to share a very positive experience I had with Dr. Gengler and the entire staff at the Briarcliff Surgery Center. Dr. Gengler is a very upbeat and positive person. He is easy to talk to and makes you feel your in trusted hands. I can not say enough about the entire staff at the Briarcliff Surgery Center. No long waits, very organized and caring.

I was very happy with the entire surgery experience with Dr. Gengler. He is courteous, compassionate, and knowledgeable and I feel great, barely 2 weeks post op.
