Dr. Jon Douglas Gerdsen, MD

He has been my child's doctor for 10 years, He is great with children and a skilled practitioner

From the staff at the front desk all the way to Dr. Gerdsen himself is awesome!!!! He is very very nice and patient with my 5 yr.old little girl. He ask her questions as well as myself and then proceeds to actually listen to both of us. He is very gentle and kind!

Unfortunately, Dr. Gerdsen is on auto pilot. He doesn't listen to a word that comes from the patient or parents mouth. He is lazy at his job. He not only talks over you but also down upon you as if what you have to share doesn't matter because he is the doctor/authority. My child was crying in the front exam room and he came walking down the hall to look, he stopped took a look and rolled his eyes. Now that is not a doctor with compassion. On a positive note, he is prompt. However, I would rather have to wait to see a more compassionate doctor.
