Dr. Meine performed surgery on face , Mohs surgery. I was nervous about the procedure but Dr. Meine and his staff made me feel at ease and the procedure went very well. I appreciate the care of the doctor and his staff at the clinic. They are the best!!

Just got back from an initial consultation with Dr. Jon Meine. In all my 45 years on the planet, and seeing various doctors across the globe, this was by far the strangest encounter I’ve had. Given the mixed reviews out there, I assume Dr Meine has good and bad days – my appointment must have been the latter. After a 3 month wait, I arrived for my consultation at Cleveland Clinic 20 minutes ahead of schedule. The nurses, punctual as clockwork to the 3:30pm appointment, took me into a room and asked some questions before telling me to put a gown on and wait for Dr. Meine. FOURTY MINUTES later, he walked in, absolutely no apology for the time I had waited, and proceeded to ask me the same questions the nurse asked when I first got there. Firstly, I appreciate time on other appointments can sometimes take longer that pushes the time out for others, but to not even apologize and respect my time for other daily commitments is just discourteous and unprofessional. If this was free… healthcare then fine, you get what you’re given, but when you part with hard earned cash for the luxury of their time, it becomes a different story in my opinion. Dr Meine went on to explain the procedure I needed to remove a cyst capsule from my chest, but it’s like he wasn’t really tuned-in. The conversation was strange, uncomfortable and outright bizarre to say the least. He said I needed to make a follow-up 1 hour appointment for a 30 minute procedure and that I should speak to the reception on my way out. Suffice to say, I walked straight past reception and went about my day – If I can’t have a normal conversation with the guy, the chances of having him near me with a knife is a cold day down stairs! Complete waste of time and money!
